Acceptable Use Policy


ServerProvider's primary goal is to provide web-hosting services to webmasters and is provided on an "as is" basis. ServerProvider is not responsible for the use of the client's account. ServerProvider reserves the right to change a client's password or suspend or even nullify a client's account upon notification that unlawful activity has been committed on the account.

The client agrees to follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding the content of their site that is consistent with those of the United States of America, the State of California, and the locality of the client. This includes, but is not limited to: copyright violations, using the ServerProvider.com mail server for bulk-emailing of one message to 25 or more users, continued harassment of individuals, sending unsolicited mass advertising emails including newsgroups, impersonation of another user on the Internet, any form of hacking or cracking, use of robots or Daemons of any kind and/or any other violation with international law or regulation is strictly prohibited. This conduct is handled with one warning, and then account nullification without compensation to the client. Warnings are given when more than one outside complaint comes to the attention of ServerProvider.

 

With submition of sign up form the client gives permission to ServerProvider . to charge his/her credit card as long as he/she has not canceled his account. ***. to cancel any account the client must notify ServerProvider at least 15 days before the cancelation date by e-mail or writing. otherwise one month payment will be charged.

ServerProvider is in no way responsible for the data that is uploaded by a client and under no circumstances will ServerProvider be held liable for technical problems that result in loss of revenue, traffic or data. The client is restricted to use the one name that appears on file for the account.

Posting any material that is illegal in the State of California, Canada, including child pornography, beastiality and other kinds of excretory content, extreme racist persuasion toward any ethnic, religious, or cultural group; attempts to gain access to Root directories on a server, including snooping through any directories other than the client's, downloading passwords or anything that ServerProvider deems off limits will result in immediate account termination at ServerProvider's discretion.

ServerProvider.com reserves the right to collect compensation for any damages done by a client's account. These terms and policies can be changed without notice.

We have zero tolerance for email spamming. Accounts will be terminated immediately if there is spam being sent out of your account.

Refund Policy: For our 30 days money back garantee you must email a cancelation email to our billing department 15 days before your 30 days trial is up.

Privacy Policy: Information that is collected as a customer uses our systems, including account details, usernames, server usage, support information, etc. is used in the course of maintaining or upgrading our systems and of providing service to the customer.
